As we close out our silver anniversary in business, and 2017 we want to thank our employees, clients, and partners for their support. As leaders we wake every day with the philosophy that if we invest in the hiring, training, support, and advancement of our employees, in the end, our clients will benefit. These past twenty-five years, the role of a security company has evolved along with the needs of our clients. It was not too long ago that security and safety were an afterthought. Today security and safety are the leading thought driver for every facility manager, commercial developer, security director and building owner.

The world of security services in the last twenty-five years has transformed. This transformation has impacted how United Security, Inc. has evolved into the services we provide to our clients. The quarterly business reviews, and client meetings have provided a road map of our clients needs, and future demands. We have listened, researched, and learned from our interactions with our clients. And we thank you for the positive, and sometimes constructive comments.

It is through these client interactions, and change in security service needs to the industry that have helped steer USI to the following:

• Registration to provide security services in 16 states.
• Growth to over 1,000 security officers both armed and unarmed.
• Partnerships with guard tracking firm Trackforce.
• Partnership with web-based guard training tool Intellum.
• Launch of our Integrated Solutions division offering Investigations and Technology Security solutions.
• Development of Specialty training courses such as Active Shooter/Active Threat

The above list are just a few highlights. We anticipate the next 25 years will provide more obstacles, and challenges for all of us involved in security and safety. The emergence of drones, robotics, and cyber security needs will stretch the industry as we all collectively educate ourselves and adjust. The one constant you can be sure of is that United Security, Inc. will be working around the clock to ensure that our employees are trained ahead of the curve, and our client service is second to none!
